What if I own a domain I'd like to use?
Perfect! We will get all the details from you so that we may connect your domain to your site. Connecting your domain may take up to 72 hours.
What if I am not satisfied with my website?
Do not worry, all of our sites are all made to professional standards. Our designers and developers are all U.S. based and have worked with Creative Directors to make stunning website templates. If you are unsatisfied with your website all you have to do is cancel your subscription. Due to our designers and developers customizing a website for your business, there are no refunds on initial monthly payment. If you are not satisfied with your website you can cancel anytime. We are contract free.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, we never make our clients sign a contract. You can cancel anytime. To cancel your plan you must fill out our online cancellation form. You can find the cancellation form under the contact page and select "Cancel Subscription". Subscriptions must be canceled 7 days prior to renewal in order to stop payment from being processed.
